What We Do
Equity rounds, debt facilities, EU grants and hybrid structures. We prepare the investment memorandum, model the deal and run the roadshow alongside you.
Success fee on close
For companies under pressure — over-leveraged, covenant-stressed or approaching a refinancing. We design the solution, negotiate with lenders and stabilise the business.
Retainer + outcome fee
M&A, partnerships, carve-outs and asset deals. We identify the right counterpart, structure the transaction and negotiate to close — bringing both sides of the table together.
Success fee on close
Large consulting firms deploy teams. We deploy judgement. You will always work directly with a senior partner who has lived through the types of decisions you are facing — not a project manager coordinating associates. We are with you in the room, in the negotiation, at the board table.

The name Sarmentu is derived from the Latin sarmentum — vine shoot — symbolising growth, renewal and connection. These qualities are central to our ethos: fostering growth, nurturing long-term relationships, and continually renewing our approach to exceed expectations. The name also carries a personal touch, inspired by the surname of our founder, Sarmento.
