Across my career I’ve built companies, advised boards, led turnarounds, and closed deals in sectors from defence and infrastructure to education and technology — always between Lisbon and Madrid.
Parallel to Sarmentu, I’m Co-Founder of Guardiun, building a pan-European safety platform for schools. I advise from the trenches, not the sideline — facing the same headwinds as my clients: regulatory complexity, cross-border scaling, and the need to execute fast with limited resources.
